    Empyria offers digital solutions including but not limited to:

    3. Mobile application development All services provided by Empyria are subject to the terms agreed upon in the purchase agreement or contract.

    By accessing Empyria’s website or purchasing services, you confirm that:

    User Responsibilities

    Customers must:

    1. Provide accurate and complete information for project development.
    2. Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional details.
    3. Ensure their intended use of Empyria’s services complies with applicable laws.

    Payment Terms

    Payments must be completed in full via WooCommerce Payments powered by Stripe at the time of purchase. For subscription services, recurring payments will be processed automatically based on the billing cycle. See Empyria’s Payment Policy for more details.

    Refund Policy

    Empyria offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy for eligible digital projects and subscriptions. Refunds for unused hosting portions of terminated projects are also available. See Empyria’s Refund Policy Refund Policy for full details.

    Service Limitations

    Empyria makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, or performance of delivered software, websites, or applications. Future updates, upgrades, or feature additions are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.

    Customer Modifications

    Empyria disclaims liability for issues arising from customer modifications to delivered products, including changes to code, design, functionality, or integrations.

    Third-Party Services

    Payments and certain functionalities are provided through third-party platforms, including WooCommerce Payments and Stripe. Empyria is not responsible for disputes, errors, or issues caused by these platforms. See Stripe’s terms for more information.

    Intellectual Property

    Empyria retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to its software, designs, and other materials until payment is completed in full. Customers may not duplicate, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.

    Privacy and Cookies

    Empyria respects customer privacy. See Empyria’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on data collection and usage.

    Limitation of Liability

    Empyria is not liable for:

    1. Damages caused by cybersecurity breaches beyond Empyria’s control.
    2. Delays or damages resulting from customer-provided information or approvals.
    3. Issues caused by misuse or improper use of Empyria’s products.

    Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
